Is it eye catching & outstanding at the point of sales? I do think the packaging is very cute & lovely, it makes me think of my cat in the shop lol 

It's a cat-shaped stand up bag, with the easy-to-open resealable zipper on top as well as a transparent bottom. It allows buyers to preview the cat litter. Also, it's very easy for pet owner to keep the cat litter at home as the packaging bag is a reusable pet food container itself. Therefore, it's not only eye catching at the point-of sales, it's also user friendly & convenient for end-users. I think it's definitely a win-win packaging bag for Wee Kitty & pet owners. 

I think it's time for pet products producers,like pet food, pet treat, dog food, cat food, cat litter,etc, to re-think about how to be different in the market. Maybe they are too concentrated on ingredients or the internal value, but miss the importance of the pet product packaging.

Impressive packaging in 2012, but it's not new to you, right?
Ok, it's time to introduce 2013 packaging. Take a look of it.

Jardin BiO' 2L olive flexible spout pouch 

Isn't it more impressive & outstanding? In 2012 PLMA, the annual worldwide private label show, I saw this impressive oil packaging. Jardin Bio, a French natural foo company, replaced the traditional bottle oil packaging by a 2L flexible pouch with a tab. The new oil pouch performs much better than BIB & glass bottle in term of costs, convenience & sustainability. It is estimated that the new oil packaging pouch reduces wastes by 90%. I do like this packaging which is cost effective, eye catching, ease & convenience.

Campers & hikers must like it as it's very light & easy to carry. I believe this spout pouch will be the next generation of large volume liquid packaging pouch, such as, alcohol, wine, beverage, water, oil, etc.

I'm a coffeeholics. without a morning cup of coffee, it's quite hard for me to wake up,especially in the winter. Living in one of the most busy cities, Hong Kong, I won't have time to making the coffee on my own. ready to drink coffee's my only option. 

It's my first time to try UCC's ready to drink coffee, it's not bad at all. It's sweet and smooth and smells like the stale coffee. 

Why do I try it? The reason is very simple - attractive coffee packaging. This UCC's coffee packaging bag is the most appealing and convenient packaging on the shelf. The packaging bag's made of plastics, called flat bottom stand up pouch or block bottom stand up pouch, but it's outstanding on the shelf due to the excellent printing and well-designed graphics on the coffee package. Even better than my imagine,it's very stable to stand up on it's own, which makes me easy to put it on my desk. If there is resealable zipper on the this packaging bag, it'll be perfect.

Now, I think flat bottom stand up pouch or block bottom stand up pouch is the win-win coffee packaging bag or solutions for both end-users & coffee suppliers.

Kid's favorite: Squeezable Beverage Packaging

Emma likes it so much LoL

My uncle buys fruit juices & healthy drinks for Emma on a regular basis. Few weeks before, when he went shopping with Emma in Auckland, they're attracted by this bunch of kid beverage packaging as it was totally different and colorful.

This drinks package, called spout pouch, that's squeezable with a spout on top of the pouch.

The easy open & close spout allows Emma to drink the juice pretty easily while she's playing happily. Also, it's very light, which's easy for children to hold on their own safely. What do you think about this kind of kids' beverage packaging or baby food packaging? Love it or not?
